Pancake Dinner

Chris tries to help out tonight by preparing pancakes. Our daughter wants (and of course gets) a very large pancake.
Since Robin is expecting, we increase the healthiness factor of our usual buttermilk pancake recipe by adding some wheat germ (added Vitamin E and folic acid). To counter-balance the wheat germ, we serve a little microwaved bacon as a side. The kids love their bacon!
