Sadly, this was not our finest meal. Neither Robin nor Chris were feeling too well today. On top of that, Tuesday means half price burgers for Chris, so he wasn’t especially hungry. It’s too bad since we enjoyed this so much the last time that we had it.

Ultimately, the meal isn’t a complete loss. The tenderloin is just as tender as the last time we had it and it’ll make a wonderful lunch tomorrow. The kids love the assorted veggies – eating the little corns and the peas out of the pods. A little wasabi spices up the mashed potatoes, also giving them an Asian flavor.
