Ingredients

  • 1 breaded with italian-style bread crumbs pork chop
  • 1 small loaf ciabatta bread
  • arugula
  • sprinkle balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

We slice the bread horizontally. Slice the pork chops and place on the bread. Top with arugula, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. All in all, pretty easy.
