Most of the prep work went into this Tuesday. Leftovers tend to be even better than the original meal, and this is no exception. We served our italian-style breaded pork chops with some garlic pasta and enjoyed a simple, but very tasty, meal.
breaded with italian-style bread crumbs

We slice the bread horizontally. Slice the pork chops and place on the bread. Top with arugula, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. All in all, pretty easy.
