Grilled Salmon
This is as easy as it gets. It is delicious on its own, but invites experimenting with any number of toppings. Originally served as part of Grilled Salmon with Papaya.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fillet with skin on salmon
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt & pepper
Instructions
We start by heating the grill. We remove the salmon from the fridge, rinse it, and pat it dry. When the grill is hot enough, we rub the salmon with the olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. We add the salmon flesh-side down and cook for about 4 minutes on the first side. We flip over with tongs and cook for another 4 minutes. We want the salmon just cooked through.
